The Presidential Academy Became the Most Popular University in Russia Among Applicants

The Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA), according to the data from the Russian Ministry of Education and Science, has become the most popular university in Russia this year, according to the preliminary results of the 2023/24 academic year admission campaign. The total number of applications submitted was 64,319, of which 10,875 were for the Moscow campus.
It is important to note that 721 students have already been enrolled in the budgetary education program at the Moscow campus, of which 237 were admitted through the Olympiad. Another 28 Olympiad participants chose the paid form of education. This indicates the high interest of applicants in the Presidential Academy and its recognized prestige.
This year, applicants' choice among the directions and programs of the Academy's education focused on such specialties as Business and Political Journalism, Media Journalism, Business Management, International Relations: politics, economics, business, International Economic Relations with in-depth study of foreign languages, and others.
The Presidential Academy also continues to accept applications from foreign candidates. 133 students from various countries have already been enrolled in the budgetary education program at the Moscow campus, including Abkhazia, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Afghanistan, Belarus, Spain, Kazakhstan, China, Colombia, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Nigeria, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Turkey, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Montenegro, Estonia, and South Ossetia.
RANEPA continues to strengthen its position in the educational space and strives to provide students with high-quality education and opportunities for professional growth.
The Presidential Academy has outperformed the Higher School of Economics and Lomonosov Moscow State University by more than twice in terms of the number of applications from applicants.
