To study the existing food points in the city of Sarapul and develop a strategy for modernizing and promoting the existing objects, taking into account the tasks in the field of urban development set by the Administration of Sarapul city.
To form the gastronomic brand of the city of Sarapul and develop a plan of activities to include the city's restaurants in the Gastronomic Map of Russia.
To develop a concept of a tourist or sports cluster in the territory of the city of Sarapul, detailing the functional zones of the cluster, promotion strategy, the volume of initial capital, and an assessment of the economic effect.
The project was accepted by the Head of the Sarapul city Administration, V.M. Shestakov. He noted that the students, having just completed their first year, managed to develop realistic, practically valuable solutions, and showed a level worthy of real professionals.
The head of the Center for Project Solutions, A.A. Tabachnikova, Ph.D. in Economics, Head of the Department of Socio-Humanitarian Disciplines of FESS, believes it is important that the business representatives invited to the final, from the Nizhny Novgorod region, Volgograd, Khabarovsk Krai, and other regions of Russia, have already expressed a desire to become customers for FESS project work for the next academic year.
