The international internship program (outgoing module) is built around a specific theme or problem: «Innovation implementation», «Digital solutions», «Regional branding», «Import substitution».
The outgoing international module takes place at the end of June and is a transition from the first year of study to the second.

I engage in highway and ring racing, and one of the main rules of taking turns is as follows: even before entering the turn, you must direct your gaze towards the exit from it. But at the same time, see everything that is happening around you with peripheral vision. I believe that this rule is very important in relation to business, and that is what we were taught in the program - strategic vision, leadership qualities, focus on success, while providing knowledge in all areas of business.
I am very grateful to the entire team of the program, and I envy those who have yet to go through this difficult path - the MBA path.

In 2018, Kingston University (London) and the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration launched a special MBA program and invited the first finalists and winners of the "Leaders of Russia" competition to enroll. Naturally, outstanding success was expected from this cohort, but even the boldest expectations paled in comparison to the result - 27 participants in the group (75%) completed the program with the highest academic achievement of Distinction, setting an absolute record of academic performance for all the years of the program's existence!
You might say that there is nothing surprising about it since the group was composed entirely of Leaders of Russia who had demonstrated a high level of erudition, excellent memory, the ability to learn and achieve maximum results, individually or in a group during the competition. However, finalists and winners of the Leaders of Russia competition accounted for only 10 people in the final group. Nevertheless, this was a group of true leaders. Leaders are not only those who successfully participated in the competition, but also those whose work creates the necessary changes in our country and whose example inspires others.
Our group was a reflection of the best that Russia has to offer: a geography ranging from Saint Petersburg to Sakhalin, industrial diversity ranging from IT to oil and gas, and experience ranging from managing the richest regions to launching their own startups and small businesses. And yet, surprisingly, there were no airs, only openness, sociability, a constant willingness to joke, try new things, change, and help others change. Ministers, managers of state-owned enterprises, entrepreneurs, doctors, and scientists - yes, we studied excellently, but what was much more important was that we were great friends - and I am confident that we will continue to be friends. Red diplomas are familiar to us, but smart and creative friends are always a great rarity.
Thank you, Kingston and RANEPA, Margarita and Mitali, our teachers and guests - these were two wonderful years. They didn't just improve us - they changed us, opened up new levels and paths in life. And now, having changed positions, industries, and cities, we look at each other again and realize how much important and beautiful has happened during this time. What are the main requirements for admission to the program?
- Management work experience of at least 3 years;

What is the basis of the program?
The MBA program is based on the best international and Russian business education practices, including 25 years of experience working with Kingston University, as well as many years of experience implementing open and corporate programs. The MBA program is accredited by the AMBA (Association of MBAs, UK), and the accreditation was successfully confirmed in July 2021 for a period of 5 years.
