Design, as a structured creative process, is an important competitive tool for firms in many sectors, although design activities can take many forms across those different sectors. Creative thought is a very emotional process less rational. Every product we touch in the world has thousands of hour design input so it is an important aspect of business success.

The workshop is designed to integrate the business idea once defined and then help create it's uniqueness using design solutions to impact on the customer. A key aspect of a behavioural economic paradigm is that there are limitations in defining the consumer as an informed rational processing machine.
