An Italian degree and an international job placement – a unique opportunity for the future students of FESS

The program is run by the Faculty of Economic and Social Sciences (FESS), RANEPA and Dipartamento de Economia e Management (DEM). From us you will learn how to take part in business projects commissioned by Bosch, BMW and Unilever, how to master English and why to enroll in the Presidential Academy for the above mentioned reasons.

This is the first Russian-Italian bachelor’s degree which invites Italians to come to study in Moscow and Russians in Pisa. 10 Russian and 5 Italian students will be able to enroll into the program.

The program includes dozens of subjects connected with economics and management. As for the practical side, each student should take part in international business projects commissioned by Bosch, BMW, Unilever, Pepsico, L’Oreal, Coca-Cola, DeLonghi, Avon, Pfizer, and big Russian companies like Sberbank, Russian Railways and Russian-German Chamber of Commerce, etc. Additionally, the program uses an innovative approach «Learning through individual and group research».

English training will be delivered in partnership with the Cambridge Assessment Center. Students will receive international certificates: BEC, CAE, CPE, GMAT, TOEFL or IELTS.

The University of Pisa is one of the most respected educational institutions in Italy. It has 20 high-level departments and research centers in such areas as natural sciences, computer science, engineering, medicine, economics and management. In addition, the university works closely with the Institute of the National Research Council of Italy and many cultural institutions of national and international importance.

The University of Pisa, founded in 1343, is one of the oldest and most prestigious in Europe. Those who have studied or taught there include Galileo Galilei, the founder of modern science, and the Nobel prize winners Enrico Fermi and Carlo Rubbia, as well as such famous personalities as the poets Giosuè Carducci (he too a Nobel prize winner) and Giovanni Pascoli; the physicist Antonio Pacinotti; the former President of the Republic of Italy, Carlo Azeglio Ciampi; the former Prime Minister Giuliano Amato, the film directors Mario Monicelli, and Paolo and Vittorio Taviani; the writer Antonio Tabucchi, the journalist Tiziano Terzani and the tenor Andrea Bocelli.

Students will receive key knowledge and competencies related to international business and management in the following areas: marketing, HR, auditing, sales, etc. They will also acquire leadership and management skills participating in business projects and working in teams.

The graduate of the program will be ready to work both for Russian and Italian companies, as well as for any international company.

The study plan schedule for Russian students:
› 1^st year – RANEPA Moscow campus;
› 2^nd, 3^rd years – UNIPI campus (jointly with Italian bachelors);
› 4^th year – RANEPA Moscow campus (jointly with Italian bachelors).

The Faculty of Economic and Social Sciences is one of the 12 institutes/faculties of RANEPA, Moscow campus. The program provides only 10 places for Russian students enrolling in RANEPA. 5 Italians will study with them, who will begin their studies at the University of Pisa. A year later, they will "wait" for our students in Pisa to study together in Italy for two years, and on the 4th year, all 15 students will come to Moscow to complete their studies to obtain two bachelor's degrees in management: Russian and European.

Admission to the program depends on the cumulative result of three exams: English, Russian and Maths (Advanced level)

In this sense our program is also unique, as the tuition fee for double degree program is extremely low – 410 rubles per year.
